In a time when the world seems to have forgotten the Sacredness of Life, Biodanzare becomes an act of loving resistance that reconnects us with the Joy and Pleasure of living, Cheerfulness, Ecstasy and Human Affectivity.
How many times even in daily life happiness visits us, but it depends on us to receive it and open our hearts to it.
For this to happen it is necessary to fall in love with Life, that is, to be in connection with the primordial energy of Eros.
The first step towards happiness is to connect to the pleasure of living, to sensitize ourselves to the small daily pleasures, to joy, to the enjoyment of Beauty to enter into Ecstasy to open ourselves to "greater" pleasures that manifest themselves in feeling in love with another person and try the wonderful experience of Love.
Eros is the energy of CONNECTION, the one that created life starting from primordial Chaos, the force that creates atoms, molecules and Life.
We want to redeem the extraordinary value of Eros.
In Biodanza we enhance the wonderful process of connecting to Life with the moment lived (the vivencia), also through others, who are the ones who enhance our identity, which is why Biodanza is called "Poetics of Human Encounter"!
In this workshop we will dance the "Dances of Trust": trust in oneself, in the other and in Life, opening ourselves progressively and in a subtle form to a more corporeal language for a new possibility to enjoy Life.
It is not necessary to know how to dance, just the desire to be there!
WHAT WE WILL DO:
EVERY DAY A BIODANZA SESSION awakens you to Vitality, Enthusiasm, Body Harmony, redeems your existential Creativity through the Expression of You, opens you to a perception of Beauty with Affectivity.
During the rest of the time we can enjoy many moments of pleasant fun and relaxation, enjoying the sun, the sea of Sant'Angelo or the beautiful beach of Maronti, the vast Thermal Park of the Hotel Romantica and, with short excursions on foot, visiting the shops of the charming village of Sant'Angelo during the day or in the evening.
In addition, for those who want it, there are these interesting excursions to choose from:
MOUNT EPOMEO - The climb to Mount Epomeo is fantastic for those who love walking (about an hour's walk) and enjoy a panoramic view of the whole island.
THE SOURCE OF NITRODI – These are the unique thermal waters of Ischia that can also be drunk so much they are beneficial! Dedicated since the Romans to the care of beauty and health, they are dedicated to Apollo.
LA MORTELLA – A splendid tropical and Mediterranean botanical garden created by Susana Walton. It is among the most beautiful in the world, large and walkable among wonderful flowers and plants and a museum inside. www.lamortella.org
TOUR OF THE ISLAND - we will organize a short boat tour around the island.

The structure that hosts us:
We will be accommodated at the Park Hotel Romantica (4 stars),
an enchanting structure lying on an entire hill, with numerous terraces overlooking the bay of Sant'Angelo, whose village is just a few minutes' walk away and where traffic is pedestrian only.
The Park Hotel, in addition to accommodation in spacious rooms equipped with air conditioning and the kitchen, famous on the island for its quality and variety, offers the use of 13 thermal pools and numerous services that will be available to us free of charge.

Nino Calabrese - I am a teacher of Biodanza, a teacher trainer of the Biodanza System.
For many years I have been conducting weekly groups and in-depth internships for adults.
In the field of Biodanza I have perfected my training by specializing in various applications that allow me to deepen the proposal of the Biodanza System in order to promote greater integration and personal growth.
Sandra Salmaso -
I have been a Biodanza teacher since 1993 and co-director of the Triveneto Biodanza School since 2001.
I trained directly with Rolando Toro Araneda, creator of Biodanza.
I lead groups and internships in various Italian and European cities.
My mission: love for life and its beauty! To make known the advantages of good Contact!
I have been dedicating myself to the "art of massaging" for more than thirty years.
My specialties are "Contact and Caress" in Biodanza and "Biodanza and Colors".
