A journey that allows us to recognize the integral artist that is in each of us, giving him a clear space for expression and enhancement in our daily lives.
An experience of transformation and opening of our Creative potential through vivencial writing, vivencial poetry, drawing and collage.
The Diary allows us to listen to ourselves and to tell ourselves in a gesture of intimacy, a gift of connection and an expression of our sensitivity.
The Diary is an exercise in authenticity, of our emotions and our desires.
The Biocreative Diary is a biocentric experience that has been created to awaken and nourish our potential; It offers us moments of vivencia and awareness that transform our existence through creativity.
Come and express yourself using dance, vivencial writing, collage, drawing in the Biocreative Diary.
Creativity has a collective dimension, the group participates and nourishes our creation, it allows us to recognize the authentic artist that is in each of us, giving him a clear space for expression and validation.

Crayons, scissors, glue, objects and collage paper, we invite you to print a photo of your childhood, your parents, your siblings and grandparents.
It is NOT necessary to know how to dance , draw or have tried the vivencial writing.
MARY OF PILAR AMAYA
Maria del Pilar is a Poet and Director of the Bogotá School of Biodance. Author of the "Biodanza, Poetry and Vivencial Writing" Extension, the Biocreative Diary and Biographical Writing. She trained as a Biodanza teacher with the creator Rolando Toro Araneda. She holds a BA in Literature from the University of the Andes and a Master's degree in Hispanic-American Literature from Javeriana University. He also studied Spanish art and literature at the Ortega y Gasset Foundation (Toledo, Spain). He has introduced "Biodanza, poetry and vivencial writing" in several universities in Colombia, proposing literary creation workshops based on a creativity that comes from the vivencia and the body in motion. He wrote the book "Biodanza e Poesia: La scrittura del Corpo".

Vivencial stage open to biodancers (12 h)
