What do you really want?
Not the desires of a moment, but those that return in time, that orient your choices, your relationships and your way of being in the world.
In this annual Biodanza course we will explore desire as a vital, creative and transformative force.
Through dance, living and meeting ourselves and others, we will learn to recognize authentic desires, to dissolve fears and blocks, to give voice to our deepest identity and to cultivate a life more consistent with what we feel and love.
Desire is not something to be controlled or repressed, but an inner compass capable of pointing us in the direction of our lives.
We will invite Desire into our Life, not as a "desire for something", but as the organizing force of identity and destiny.
A path that can be of interest to both those who are young and are looking for direction, and those who are in maturity and are redefining the meaning of their lives.

1st Quarter
"THE ROOTS"
from 7 October to 23 December 2026
To discover what he wants to live in me.
Like a seed kept in the earth, every authentic desire is waiting to be recognized.
In this first period we will descend into the depths of our roots to listen to the discreet voice of the life that lives in us.
Listening, dancing and realizing what desires to be born through us.
Between dances, meetings and experiences, we will drop the expectations that do not belong to us and we will learn to distinguish what comes from the heart from what has been learned.
Where fears end, the courage to be oneself can begin.

2nd Quarter
"THE TRUNK AND THE BRANCHES"
from 13 January to 31 March 2027
Explore the great areas of existence.
Like a tree expanding towards the sky, we will explore the way in which desire manifests itself in the fundamental dimensions of life: identity, love, creativity and transcendence. Through living and encounter, we will be able to understand more deeply our way of loving, creating, relating and seeking meaning.
A time of growth and integration, to develop greater coherence between what we feel, desire and achieve.

3rd Quarter
"FLOWERS, FRUITS AND SEEDS"
from 7 April to 30 June 2027
Transforming desires into an existential project.
In the last part of the journey, the recognized and cultivated desires will be able to take concrete shape in our lives.
Flowers, fruits and seeds represent the ability to generate, create, leave a mark and give expression to one's vocation.
It will be a time dedicated to transforming inspiration into direction, desire into project and lived experience into a broader meaning, nourishing the sense of belonging to life and one's own evolutionary path.

Sandra Salmaso:Sandra Salmaso, direct disciple of Rolando Toro Araneda, Councilor in the Board of Directors of IBFed (International Federation of Biodance Schools). Teacher trainer, co-director of the Triveneto Biodanza School and Director of the School of Contact Education and MB. Author of the books: The Hands that Nourish and Dancing the Symbolism of Colors an existential journey with Biodanza. Author of the Extensions of Biodanza and Contact Education (1996) and Biodanza and The Dances of Original Colors (2008).
Nino Calabrese: titular teacher of Biodanza, didactic trainer of the Biodanza System and Reiki Master. For many years I have been conducting weekly groups and in-depth internships for adults. In the field of Biodanza I have perfected my training by specializing in various applications that allow me to deepen the proposal of the Biodanza System in order to promote greater integration and personal growth.
