Theory:

When we lie in the sun in an open place, our body absorbs the energy of light,
This same energy, at a different intensity, is color.
Colors stimulate an emotional reaction to what is felt and perceived by our eyes and our body.
Color influences our lives, our emotions and our perception.
 
The history of colors is as vast as the history of humanity and for this reason with prof. Rolando Toro Araneda we have chosen to deal with the chromatic scale of the seven colors of the Iris.
 
Each color of the Rainbow is an Archetype that generates various effects on the environment, on the human being and his Psyche.
 
Through the presence of Colors and their evocation through dances, myriads of sensations, emotions and movements arise that translate into an expansion of Identity.
Dancing in succession the 7 colors of the Iris, through the dances of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue-Blue, Indigo and Purple, generates an existential Alchemy and an intense energetic transmutation.
  
The innovative aspect of this proposal consists in the process of connecting colors through music, color vision and dance.
The triad color-music-dance that is proposed generates emotions, moods and atmospheres
which produce profound vivencial effects of energetic transmutation such as to result in
an operational tool for the expression of Identity.
 
We can attribute a form of pedagogical education to Color that improves self-perception and self-esteem through personal and collective creative expression.

Aimed at all biodancers and those who are fascinated by the universe of colors and wish to dance them as well as get to know them: artists, educators, teachers, operators, researchers and students.

SANDRA SALMASO

Director of the School of Biodanza del Triveneto, creator of the extensions in Biodanza and Contact Education (1996) and Biodanza and Le Danze dei Colori Originale (2008) approved by Rolando Toro Araneda, her direct teacher in the first Italian formation.
Teacher since '95, trainer in the Schools of Biodanza of the world. Trained with the master Toni Cots of the Odin Theatre, according to the principles of theatrical anthropology having as its center the man and the body, and the ability to externalize one's inner world, she combined theater and dance for a decade.
