Joie de vivre, pleasure, joy, wonder, peace, ecstasy... all levels of depth of the same experience: be happier! How often even in daily life happiness visits us but it is up to us to receive it and open our hearts to it.
Sometimes we also live fleeting moments of ecstasy that arise from the moving vivencia of being alive, from an innocent look that touches us, from the wonder of a fiery sunset, so that this happens more frequently and with the fullness of awareness we propose a vivenciale journey that will gradually lead us to the awakening of inner joy, enthusiasm and to redeem the cenesthetic dimension of our corporeity.
We will also dedicate ourselves to cultivating the Art of the Caress as a refined form of communication: a privileged way to the Ecstasy of Living.
WHAT WILL WE DO:
A BIODANZA SESSION per day outdoors in a reserved place of the hotel, AQUATIC BIODANZA in the most suitable pool of the Romantic Thermal Park, EXCURSIONS AND BOAT TRIPS ... and conversations on practices of REFLEXOLOGY, EDUCATION TO GOOD CONTACT AND BIOINTEGRAL MASSAGE addressed to interested parties.

During the rest of the time we can enjoy many moments of pleasant fun and relaxation, enjoying the sun, the sea of Sant'Angelo or the beautiful Maronti beach, the vast Thermal Park of the Hotel Romantica and, with short excursions, visit the shops of the charming village of Sant'Angelo during the day or in the evening.
In addition, for those who want it, there are these interesting excursions to choose from:
MOUNT EPOMEO - The climb to Mount Epomeo is fantastic for those who love walking (about an hour's walk) and enjoy a panoramic view of the whole island.
BOAT - A whole day at sea, doing the complete tour of the island with a very large and comfortable boat, with shaded and outdoor spaces for sunbathing, accompanied by Gino who will act as a "guide" (he knows the island like the back of his hand!)
THE SOURCE OF NITRODI – They are the only thermal waters of Ischia that you can also drink so much are beneficial! Dedicated since the Romans to the care of beauty and health, they are dedicated to Apollo.
LA MORTELLA – A beautiful tropical and Mediterranean botanical garden created by Susana Walton. It is among the most beautiful in the world, large and walkable among flowers and wonderful plants and a museum inside. www.lamortella.org

The structure that hosts us:
We will be accommodated at the Park Hotel Romantica (4 stars), a charming structure nestled on an entire hill, with numerous terraces overlooking the bay of Sant'Angelo, whose village is just a few minutes walk away and where circulation is pedestrian only. The Park Hotel, in addition to accommodation in spacious rooms with air conditioning and the kitchen, famous on the island for its quality and variety, offers the use of 13 thermal pools and numerous services that will be available to us free of charge. For those interested in spa treatments, the Park Hotel Romantica has an agreement with the National Health Service.

Nino Calabrese - I am a teacher of Biodanza , teacher trainer of the Biodanza System. For many years I have been leading weekly groups and in-depth internships for adults. In the field of Biodanza I have perfected my training specializing in various applications that allow you to deepen the proposal of the Biodanza System in order to promote greater integration and personal growth.
Sandra Salmaso - I have been a teacher of Biodanza since 1993 and co-director of the School of Biodanza del Triveneto since 2001. I trained directly with Rolando Toro Araneda, creator of Biodanza. I lead groups and internships in various Italian and European cities. My mission: love for life and its beauty! To make known the advantages of good contact! I have been dedicating myself to the "art of massage" for more than thirty years: my specialties are the "Contact and the Caress" in Biodanza and the "Biodanza and Colors".
