Biodanza is a stimulus to move with joy, to enter into a natural relationship with others, to have the courage to express ourselves, to perceive the rhythms that support our presence and to cultivate a more attentive and sensitive communication with people.
Through the experience of the body, of emotion, it is possible to enrich our gestures, to recover that most essential part that beats in our hearts, which makes us feel united and strong, capable of being active carriers in the human community of feelings such as welcome, kindness, cordiality, friendship and respect.
