In this vivencia we will meet in the dances 4 famous women, special in their being Woman and we will dance their potential for transformation: Introspection, Intuition, Vision and Wisdom.

Sylvia Plath brings us the power of INTROSPECTION, intuition, vision and wisdom, that is, the ability to dive into our interiority, listening to that unique and unparalleled voice that exists in us. It is necessary to respect our times and receive it with love and quiet. Check if you need a time for yourself and respect it .
Sylvia Plath (1932–1963) was a North American poet. the marriage and the children forced her to devote herself to the family away from writing. It can be the symbol of all the artists whose creativity is silenced by the tasks to the role of being "housewife".

Vandana Shiva (1952), Indian by birth, participated in 1970 in the Chipko Women's Movement, which had as its strategies of struggle also that of tying to trees to prevent their felling, she fights against the disposal of toxic waste in her region. Today Vandana is one of the leading eco-feminist activists and calls for seeds regarding the Heritage of Humanity and is at the forefront of defending Biodiversity and women's rights in India.
