Our desires have the power to organize our behavior in a persistent and organic way, thus creating the matrix for the expression of our identity. 

Many people feel ashamed to express their desires. Expressing one's desires is a form of liberation. 
Desire can be repressed by guilt, prejudice, fear of consequences, and external obstacles.

Through Biodanza you acquire permission to make them. 
Knowing what we want about life and in Life is part of the process of expressing our identity. If we desire something with passion and intensity, we convert into our desire...

We recognize our desires and evoke them with intensity in dance and gestures so as to activate the process of realization in a conscious way by reorganizing our way of being in the world.
