What we learn methodologically
The whole biodanza proposal invites us to rediscover the natural and original functions that the human being possesses in order to live, which refer to instincts.
The innovative aspect of this proposal is the process of "embedding" colors through music, color vision and dance. The incorporation of color means "putting in the body" the strength of color and realizing existential change from within.
The alchemical rainbow formed by the 7 colors of the Iris is incorporated through the dances of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue-Blue, Indactic, Purple and White-Light.
The color-music-dance triad that is proposed generates emotions, moods and atmospheres that produce deep living effects of energy transmutation that will be an operational tool for the expression of Identity.
We can attribute a form of pedagogical education to Color that improves self-perception and self-esteem through personal and collective creative expression.

The course is taught in Italian with translations into French and English.
