Dance mobilizes our identity, makes it more flexible, more receptive, redeems a deep vibration with life that makes us welcome the wonder and joy of being alive.

Dancing our identity makes us stronger because it gives us back greatness, a sense of reality, the courage to be ourselves, autonomy.

Dancing one's self-esteem means valuing the most precious part of ourselves, it means being friends with ourselves, loving ourselves, accepting ourselves.
When we receive love, from ourselves and from others, when we look and are looked at with the eyes of the heart, we can be seen, perceived and welcomed in all our beauty and fragility.

Specific vivencias help to increase the confidence, confidence and courage to express and recognize the many wonderful skills and qualities, sometimes unknown to ourselves, that we possess.
In this way, it increases the strength and inner clarity to make our dreams come true.
