The body is a unique expression of ourselves, of our history, of the aspects that compose us; it is our home, a reflection of our identity; it is the story of us, it is the unity integrated with feeling, mind and spirit. Through dance and self-perception, we develop our consciousness of ourselves and we can contact us deeply, accept and welcome the beauty and harmony of the whole within us.
The body also needs to open up to others, to communicate, to express emotions, to empathically understand, to flourish and transform.
In short, the body, in Biodanza, is expression, connection and personal transformation to live, feel and be.
Our body is a work of art, an intelligent masterpiece of form and function that evolves with us!

The dance, the music, the affectivity of the group will accompany us on this journey of discovery TOGETHER.

Single evening fee € 20.00 incl. VAT
Fee for monthly month of September '25 ( lez .23-30): € 30,00 vat incl
Fee for monthly month of October '25 (lez. 7-14-21-28): € 60,00 incl VAT
Fee for monthly month of November '25 ( lez. 4-11-18-25) : 60,00 vat incl.
Fee for monthly month of December '25 (lez. 2-9-16): € 45.00 incl vat
Quarterly Fee from 7 October to 16 December '25 (11 lessons) € 150.00 incl VAT
