DANCE: the art that knows how to combine body and soul in a breath of lightness. A body language that hides unspoken words and intense emotions. A small moment of infinity that embodies the ability to express oneself.
No art more than Dance frees from the heaviness of everyday things through full self-expression.
With Biodanza, in this significant passage of the year, we want to dance the LIGHTNESS OF BEING, connect to the delight of breathing more widely, of flying with the dream, of dancing with pleasure the human encounter.
Emotional Dance gives us the greatest freedom that can exist: to be ourselves with authenticity.
Through Biodanza we give our gestures an intention that goes towards Life, an intent that, when animated by passion and the joy of living, dispels any uncertainty and allows us to achieve our existential goals.

SANDRA SALMASO: I am a Biodanza teacher with 30 years of experience, a teacher trainer in Biodanza Schools in different countries around the world. Co-Director of the Triveneto School of Biodanza. Director of the School of Contact Education and Biointegrative Massage, AIMI Infant Massage teacher. Author of the book The Hands That Nourish.
NINO CALABRESE: I am a teacher of Biodanza, a teacher of the Biodanza System. For many years I have been leading weekly groups and in-depth internships for adults. Master Reiki. In the field of Biodanza I have perfected my training by specializing in various applications that allow me to deepen the proposal of the Biodanza System in order to promote greater integration and personal growth.
Participation fee :
Internship: € 125,00 (for registrations by 30 /11)
€ 155,00 (for registrations after 30 /1 1)
Stay: € 285 in a double room or in apartments for 3 people
The price includes: Full board (drinks included) in a double room or apartment for three people, from dinner on December 30th to lunch on January 2nd; 5 sessions of Biodanza and the Vivencia End-of-Year Ritual.

Monte Vento enjoys a delightful position among the morainic hills of the southern part of Lake Garda, in the Municipality of Valeggio sul Mincio, within an undulating and varied landscape that favors relaxation, concentration and meditation.
Monte Vento was founded as a farm in 1987 and from the beginning the focus has been on the organic cultivation of the crops present and on the care of the environment and biodiversity of the farm, with the creation of wooded spaces and nature trails that will frame your stay.
HOW TO GET THERE
By car
FROM MILAN Exit the A4 motorway at Peschiera. Follow the signs for Mantova and Valeggio. At Valeggio, turn left towards Castelnuovo del Garda and continue for around 2km.
FROM VENICE Exit the A4 motorway at Peschiera.
Follow the signs for Mantova and Valeggio. At Valeggio, turn left towards Castelnuovo del Garda and continue for around 2km.
FROM BOLOGNA Exit the A22 motorway at Nogarole Rocca. Follow the signs for Villafranca and Valeggio. At Valeggio, turn left towards Castelnuovo del Garda and continue for around 2km.
Exit the A22 motorway at Affi.
Take the highway in the direction of Mantova and Valeggio. Before Valeggio, in the locality of Fontanello, turn left following the signs for "Monte Vento".
By train: Peschiera del Garda station.
By plane
It is only 13 km from the Valerio Catullo airport in Verona Villafranca. To reach Valeggio, follow the signs for Villafranca and then for Valeggio sul Mincio.
