Air is a precious element that offers us the possibility to deposit all the weights and recover the sweetness of lightness, giving life to the instinctive impulse to go further, further, higher. In Biodanza, we dance the elements to connect with the natural rhythms of Life and to feel in resonance with Mother Nature.
In times of restrictions, when stress affects our lives so much, DANCING the AIR element and its characteristics represents a new breath to free ourselves from pressure and reach that longed-for state of joy , lightness and inner freedom that, even in the face of adverse events, manages to transform them into opportunities to evolve.
Dancing the Air stimulates our imagination, makes us imagine new horizons and new perspectives through which to be protagonists, to be original, artists, visionaries and wise: to reach the full FREEDOM of BEING .

The structure that hosts us: Agriturismo "Il Maggiociondolo"
Accommodation will be in double rooms for the first registrations, triple or quadruple for the following ones. All rooms have a private bathroom with a panorama that sweeps from the reliefs of the Pre-Alps to the Berici hills up to, on clear days, the Venice lagoon.
The room where we will dance is large and has large windows overlooking the valley.
The farmhouse is easily reachable by car along a comfortable fully paved municipal road that in 15-20 min. it connects the center of Schio to the mountain outskirts of the city. Participants will be provided with detailed information on how to reach the facility by any means.
Participation fee:
Internship: • 120 €
• 100 € discounted fee by March 25, 2022
Overnight stay:
• 100 € in a double or triple breakfast room
• 120 € in single room breakfast
Meals are organized by the cook Morena on site and there are 4 (dinner on Saturday, lunch and dinner on Sunday, lunch on Monday) Total cost 52€

Sandra Salmaso I studied at DAMS (Disciplines Art, Music and Entertainment) and I trained in the Psycho-expressive Arts through Art Therapy and Experimental Theatre by E. Barba, I worked with theatre pedagogy and dance theatre for ten years. Then I trained directly with Rolando Toro, creator of Biodanza, and titled in 1993. Since then, I have dedicated myself to leading personal growth groups and
to the teaching of Biodanza by creating two extensions authorized by Rolando Toro: Biodanza and Contact Education (1996) and Biodanza and The Dances of the Original Colors (2008). I am the director of the School of Biodanza del Triveneto and of the School of Biointegrative Massage Padova.La my Mission is to bring Good Contact into every social environment, existential creativity, Connection with Nature, Color as perception of the Self and expression of Identity.
Nino Calabrese I have traveled to various parts of the world coming into contact with the most diverse cultures that have greatly enriched me by opening me to a vision of beauty of life and diversity. Since 1985, I have embarked on a path of self-training, research and study, both in Italy and abroad, which has led me to develop my knowledge through bioenergetics, meditation, massage, classical Egyptian dance and Reiki. I'm Reiki Master. In 2005 I became a Biodanza Teacher, specializing in various areas of the method, including Biodanza and Clay and Biodanza and The Dances of the Original Colors. Since then I have been conducting weekly groups and in-depth internships for adults, dedicating myself at the same time to the dissemination of the Biodanza System in the institutional field.
