"Poetry can be in everything, in happiness as well as in pain. If poetry began to be seen as a modus vivendi, as an event of things themselves, as a vibration that inhabits life, perhaps we would act in this world with different eyes.
POIESIS wants to evoke the poetry of being, of its happening and manifesting itself in innumerable forms, beyond the judgment of what is right or wrong, of what is good or evil.
There is poetry in the storm, in a blade of grass oiled by light.
The creative function of poetry has to do with generating, with coming to the Light. It allows something that is not there to come into existence, it allows something to come into being out of nothing."

In Biodanza, poetry is born from dance, from bodily feeling that becomes narrated and poetic.
In this workshop we will discover how "the poetic feeling of the body" allows us to be REBORN to a bright and new vision of the surrounding reality and to a happier perception of ourselves.
The rituals of Rebirth are fundamental to walking towards the fullness of the expression of our Identity.

Sandra Salmaso: I am a Biodanza teacher with 30 years of experience, a teacher trainer in Biodanza Schools in different countries around the world. Co-Director of the School of Biodanza del Triveneto. Director of the School of Contact Education and Biointegrative Massage , AIMI Infant Massage teacher. Author of the book The Hands That Nourish.
Nino Calabrese: I am a teacher at Biodanza, a teacher trainer
of the Biodanza System. For many years I have been leading weekly groups and in-depth internships for adults in different countries. In the field of Biodanza I have perfected my training by specializing in various applications that allow me to deepen the proposal of the Biodanza System in order to promote greater integration and personal growth.

Surrounding the house you can walk or rest in a well-kept and informal environment. Meals are cooked with care and simplicity with seasonal products, mainly with the harvest of the structure's organic garden and with particular attention to the specific requests of guests.
We will be accommodated in double/triple rooms, some with private bathroom, others with shared bathroom with another room.
How to reach Casa Cares
By car: Coming from the north: A1 motorway exit at FI sud, then take the SR 69 southbound following the signs for Pontassieve, past Pontassieve, after about 6 km turn left at the junction towards Vallombrosa/Donnini. Follow the signs for Donnini and then turn right towards Reggello.
Once you have passed San Donato in Fronzano on the left you will find the sign Casa Cares.
Coming from the south Highway (A1): exit at Incisa Reggello and follow the signs for Reggello. After passing the village, follow the signs for Donnini/Valleombrosa. Once you have passed the hamlet of Pietrapiana
follow the signs for Donnini. About 1 km from the junction you will find the sign Casa Cares on the right.
By train: From Florence Santa Maria Novella by regional train and journey of about 30 minutes, you can reach Sant'Ellero Station (5 km from the hotel) where you will find the Colbus bus that will take you to Casa Cares.
