In the rhythms of everyday life, our movement often becomes frenetic, linked to modes of performance and speed, to roles that we do not feel and ends up being totally detached from what we are. 
It is important for our well-being and health to rediscover a deep integration between feeling and acting, rediscovering the wonder and beauty of our natural gestures and our body that organizes them.
 
Man has been a dancing species since the beginning and it is enough to observe a child who abandons himself to the rhythm to understand that dance is an organic expression of ourselves, that is, that it speaks of us. 
Movement, full of emotional content, is dance and is a ritual present in all times and places: the reason could lie in its important role of giving and communicating shape to what we feel as individuals or as a community. 
Movement, inhabited by the heart, becomes dance harmony and a meeting point between motor skills, self-perception, emotionality and empathy and the sacred of Life.

Biodanza, thanks to the research and passion of Rolando Toro, redeems the idea that dancing is not just for the few, but is a human quality that offers opportunities to learn about ourselves, to relate to the movement of others and to that of the Universe. 
Only if our gestures are inhabited by the intention of the heart, by affectivity and kindness, do they become a more effective communicative force than the words themselves. 

The invitation is to rediscover the pleasure of moving, to taste the power of the body, the fluidity, the tenderness of an encounter and the flight that leads to ecstasy!
