Biodanza is an integrated practice of personal development, suitable for both men and women. It is not necessary to know how to dance or have particular motor skills, but to want to renew oneself and move together with others.

EXPRESSING OURSELVES allows us to know, accept and communicate to the world what we feel and who we are.
The expression of our emotions is also a healthy agent of TRANSFORMATION that allows us to be ourselves authentically. If we can express ourselves spontaneously, in an affective environment, our Identity is revealed with all its potential and we can discover our talents and offer them to others.

Dancing and producing artistically in the CREATIVITY LABORATORY (writing, poetry, singing, drawing and color, sculptures with clay and with various materials) you will acquire the awareness that creativity belongs to you, as well as being an opportunity through which the soul is manifested and cared for , it is a wonderful attitude of Life that allows you to evolve with a new look, resilient towards the world around you, a look that knows how to be welcoming and open to discovery, amazement, the creation of your unique, unrepeatable Identity: a "ARTIST" look!

Biodanza is a practice suitable for both men and women. It is not necessary to know how to dance or have special motor skills.
