In Biodanza we use "organic" music.
It is a physical, alive, emotional music, a music that comes from a natural connection with oneself.
It is a music that embodies organic rhythms, expressive melodies and flows, which has the power to bring us back to true feeling and authentic expression.
In Biodanza, the work with the Voice serves to disinhibit us, to bring more strength, energy and presence to the Identity.
The knowledge of one's own voice and its expressiveness enriches us enormously.
Percussion is a mediation tool between the body and the voice
to develop the rhythm of one's Voice and reinforce one's Identity.

The act of living in itself is joyful. Rediscovering the pleasure of intimacy, abandonment, sensuality are the most powerful nourishment of our vital energy.
For this reason, it is essential to listen to one's own body, to discover
the pleasure that even simple natural movements such as walking, dancing, stretching can give us.
Regaining possession of one's sensory perception.
Learning to enjoy all the pleasures of daily life, big and small, strengthens our Identity in a healthy way.

THE HERO'S PATH
from 10 January to 3 April 2024
There will be a time to prepare to leave, a time to travel and meet the new and the return with many things to tell and bring into everyday life.
The path is based on 12 archetypes (figures or myths) common to many cultures and philosophies studied by John Campbell and Carol Pearson.
In Biodanza the dances of these archetypes allow us to "incorporate" the gifts and qualities that each of them brings. Each archetype represents an aspect and a phase of our existence.
The Hero is the one who lives authentically in the world, who knows how to react and change, who knows how to love and fight, who respects his values and lives in society.
It is a spiral journey upwards that everyone makes and will do many times in their lives.
By dancing we awaken the Hero within us to "FIND THE TREASURE OF OUR TRUE SELF"

BIODANZA AND SOCIAL THEATRE
Vivenciale Laboratory
from 10 April to 26 June 2024
In the last quarter of the annual course, we propose an in-depth study of the Line of Creativity with the extension of Biodanza and Social Theatre.
A very stimulating aspect of Biodanza and Social Theatre is the playful, socializing and communicative side.
This path develops around play, improvisation and self-narration through a metaphorical workshop that excludes traditional acting techniques.
It is a matter of combining vivencia and performance and therefore Biodanza and Theatre, with a vivenciale experience that can be fully brought to completion through cooperation, affective containment and teamwork.
A fantastic and unforgettable experience!
