Today we talk a lot about vital energy, even if we often feel "tired and drained" with distant and nebulous goals.

Biodanza leads us to contact this powerful original resource in us and the sources that can feed it. Energy permeates the entire cosmos and manifests itself in living beings; it is not visible, but produces movement and Life.

The vital energy in Man manifests itself at various levels and in our weekly meetings we will make new experiences of the energy that animates us by living the powers of Biodanza, awakening the original strength of the different archetypes, Love, the tenderness of the meetings and the kindness of the welcome.

We will always discover ourselves new, alive, capable of positively changing ourselves by building bridges in interpersonal relationships, creating favorable situations and valuing what we are.
