It invites us to discover the organic vital movement "full of meaning" in the search for a good pulse between activities and organic breaks. All exercises are aimed at elevating health and good physiological recovery to counteract stress. I have recognized benefits by increasing psychological well-being and well-being in relationships .
Biodanza - Dance of Life - is a healthy method of psychophysical integration based on the joint effects of music, movement and emotions. It brings joy to everyday life and promotes good self-esteem.
It strengthens and enriches one's identity.
