Biodanza is a wonderful method that combines music, movement and human encounter to promote the expression of full Identity. 
In Biodanza, Contact Education focuses on the importance of affective contact as a language of care and connection between people, offering a learning process to best express Tenderness. 
When we possess the Art of Tenderness, the love adventure of lovers also becomes wonderful. 
What is Good Contact made of? 
Of intentional gestures that are attentive and present that convey benevolence, security and love and never produce alerts in those who receive.
Biodanza combined with the Art of Good Contact becomes a "Poetics of Touch", in a protective environment in which to dissolve one's resistance and learn the touch of quality: welcoming, respectful, affective and sensitive, which listens with empathy. 
A modality that is not learned in books: the only way is to live it, learn to touch and be touched with reciprocity. 
We can be reborn to a more authentic and happy life, in which contact is affective nourishment and tenderness an antidote to loneliness and disconnection.
