The times, the operating methods, the existential motivations and all the exercises to redeem the Good Contact and improve the quality of human relationships.

RECIPIENTS:
Qualified and trainee Biodanza operators and Biodanza students in training in the 3rd year subject to authorization from the Management of the School to which they belong.
COURSE OBJECTIVES and CONTENTS
OBJECTIVES:
This training provides the Biodanza teacher:
The understanding of how to "dose" the progressiveness that allows students to open up to give and receive contact.
A greater ability to manage integrative regressions through give and receive containment.
Tools to improve naturalness in contact, bodily pleasure, affective acceptance and eroticism.
The possibility of offering contact education and Biodanza and Massage with a high effect and integrative and harmonizing power.
Greater confidence in proposing the themes of Contact and Caress in private and institutional contexts (schools, ULSS, hospitals, parental environments).

1st Module:
Theory
Contact and Caress as a fundamental need for the living being.
- Contact and Caress: mechanism of action in Biodanza
- The Dynamic Schema of Identity
- Body integration and dissociation
- Role of affective contact in the developmental development of the child
- The relationship between the skin and the ANS (Autonomic Nervous System)
- The Theoretical Model of Biodanza and the Modes of Touch
- The integrative functions of the skin
- The skin as a psychic container of Identity
Notion of Good Contact and Heartfelt Gesture
- Affective intelligence and the pedagogy of caresses
- The social function of Good Contact. Endorphins and oxytocin
- Study of the various applications of Good Contact: with couples, parents/children, the elderly; social and health workers, in the private and institutional sectors.
Vivencial program
- Welcoming your body: from self-caressing to self-massage
- The contact game
- Development of hand sensitivity and energy flow from the heart
- Learning the Three Fundamental Touches: Sensitive Caresse, Containing Caress, Pulsating Caress
- Regression and reparentalization
- Learning to massage on the joints
- Massage according to the categories of movement (rhythm, fluidity, expressiveness)
- Learning Skin Massage: Oil on Skin Ceremony Ritual
- Short massage on yourself with short massages to the hands, face and hair, chest, belly, legs and feet
- Massage with Yin touch and Yang touch
- Yin-Yang integration in touch
- The vital unconscious: application of the vital Pulsation in touch
- Sensual massage for couples: rediscovering the unity between tenderness and passion

Theory and Vivencial Program
Massage according to the categories of movement (rhythm, fluidity, expressiveness)
Massage according to the 4 elements (Water, Earth, Air, Fire) alchemical integration of the elements to regain harmony
METHODOLOGY
How to increase the degree of vivencial intensity in groups
How to radicalize the vivencia of affective, erotic-affective integration, regression, reparentalization.
Methodological in-depth analysis: analysis of exercises, assignments, specific music
In addition:
Application of Contact Education and Short Massages in the institutional setting (schools, hospitals, nursing homes, day care centers), with dementia, with the elderly, with the dying, with people with disabilities.
OBJECTIVES
For the care taken in the process of integration of the person and the group with which the vivencias and specific exercises are developed, this training provides the Biodanza teacher:

Sandra Salmaso
He completed his training in Biodanza with Prof. Rolando Toro in the first Italian School of Biodanza in '93.
In collaboration with Rolando Toro, he created the "Biodanza and Contact Education" Extension, which since '96 has been a specialization course and extension of the Rolando Toro Biodanza system (IBF) in the world, then expanded into a teaching methodology
in the School of Contact Education and Biointegrative Massage of which she is Director.
Dedicated to the "Art of touching and massaging" for 35 years, she has led and leads regular groups and Biodanza workshops with adults, couples, children and parents, social and health workers.
Author of the book "The Hands that Nourish - Developing Identity and Improving Relationships with Good Contact".
He has created 5 Conferences "The Hands that Nourish for an Empathic Society" from 2012 to 2019.
Katia Mazzola
Graduated in Natural Sciences, she completed her training in Biodanza at the Triveneto Biodanza School.
She is a teacher trainer in Biodance Schools, with various specializations.
She is a Contact Education and Biointegrative Massage operator , Trainer and tutor of the School.
She co-created the Project "The Good Contact of Friend Massage between Children" and is its trainer.
Teacher trainer of the "Biodanza and Contact Education" Extension.
Total number of training hours: 55 hours
Certificate of Specialization recognized by IBFed will be delivered

The fee for training does not include that of the stay at the farmhouse.
